As a company, we conduct business in accordance with Federal Fair Housing Laws and welcome Persons of all Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Handicap, Familial Status, or National Origin. 

Rental Guidelines
Minimum 650 credit score per adult
No cosigners or guarantors
No subleasing or corporate leasing
No prior evictions or landlord debt
Combined monthly gross income of at least 2.5 times the rent
Security deposit amount based on property
Utilities required to be paid by Resident are based on property
$45.00 non-refundable application fee per adult
All interested adults must qualify
12-month lease required
Renter's insurance required during tenancy

Non-smoking properties
All pets must be prior approved with an additional security deposit ($1,000.00 per dog, $500.00 per cat, $500.00 per other pets)
If an applicant's credit score reads "N/A", 2x the security deposit is required
