Please provide at least a full 30 days' worth of income documentation with application (verifiable documentation can include W2's, tax returns, paystubs, employment offer letters, asset statements, etc.)
Rental Guidelines
- Minimum 650 credit score per adult
- If applicant’s credit report reads “NA”, applicant is required to provide income and/or asset (accessible & liquid funds) verification of six times the monthly rent
- No cosigners or guarantors
- No subleasing or corporate leasing
- No prior evictions or landlord debt
- Combined monthly gross income of at least 2.5 times the rent
- Security deposit amount based on property
- Utilities required to be paid by Resident are based on property
- $45.00 non-refundable application fee per adult
- All interested adults must qualify
- 12-month lease required
- Renter's insurance required during tenancy
- Non-smoking properties
- All pets must be prior approved
